Your phone does not support video calls. The phone comes with a front camera, and you can
install third-party applications for video chats.
1.17 Can I take a screenshot? If yes, how?
Choose either of the following methods:

When the screen is not locked, press the power and volume down keys at the same time
for at least 2s.

Connect your phone to a computer and use the HiSuite software to take a screenshot of
the phone from your computer.
1.18 Does my phone comes with a flash player? If not, can

Your phone is not preinstalled with a flash player.
Yes, you can install one to your phone.
1.19 What line order does the headset use?
The provided headset adopts the American headset line order, which is the mainstream line
