WLAN Dongle Cannot Find Signals When Adapting to Some Routers

1.For a dual-band router (use 2.4G and 5G WLAN signals at the same time), check

whether the 2.4G WLAN signal is enabled. (The WLAN Dongle does not support

5G WLAN.)

Conrm that the 2.4G WLAN SSID name is dierent from the 5G WLAN SSID

name. If they are the same, set them to be

dierent.

3.Log in to the router settings page. If the 2.4G WLAN channel is 13, change the

channel to one in the range of channel 1 to 11, which has small interference.
