Install the Shade
Mount the Headrail
■ Peel back the protective covering from the
top of the fabric-covered headrail. Leave the
rest of the protective covering on the front
of the headrail.
■ Hold the headrail so the front (curvedside)
faces you.
■ Push the top edge of the headrail into the
installation brackets.
■ Rotate the headrail and push back toward
the window until you hear an audible click.
The click indicates that the back edge of the
headrail is securely seated into the bracket
channel.
WARNING: Failure to snap the
headrail securely into the installation
brackets may cause the shade to
release unexpectedly.
■ Pull on the front of the headrail
at each bracket to ensure that
the headrail is locked into the
brackets.
■ Completely remove the
protective covering from the
fabric-covered headrail by
peeling the covering all the way
to one end of the headrail.
