3. User Setup
Remind：
Bar feeder will check feeding length with the parameter Too long/Too short when step (7) finish.
1. Feeding length > W + the parameter of Too long
2. Feeding length < W + the parameter of Too short
3. When above situation occurs, alarm Too long/Too short will be triggered at step (8).
