  If your HydraMaster Vacuum Cleaner's PSI gauge reads normal but you're experiencing low pressure from the wand, inspect the tool jets in the cleaning tool, cleaning or replacing them as necessary. Inspect any filters in the cleaning tool and clean or replace as necessary. Inspect each quick connect in the system and replace as necessary. Remove the quick connects and inspect the solution hoses, cleaning or replacing them as necessary. Descale the truckmount to remove any hard water deposits restricting the system.

Test for power to the carburetor solenoid and inspect the solenoid, replacing it if necessary. If the engine is flooded, pull the throttle cable completely and crank until the engine starts.   If the water box in your HydraMaster Vacuum Cleaner overflows, disassemble and inspect the float valve, repairing or replacing it as necessary. Detach the float and check to see if it will float to the surface, replacing it if it has absorbed water and lost buoyancy. Adjust the float as necessary if it has come out of adjustment.

  If you notice water in your HydraMaster Vacuum Cleaner's exhaust, inspect the recovery tank to ensure it hasn't been overfilled with water or foam; if it has, drain the tank. Inspect the high-level shutoff switch for proper operation, cleaning or replacing it as necessary. If foam is present in the recovery tank, use defoamer on the carpet being cleaned. Condensation in the system can also cause this issue, particularly in cool weather and humid climates, but it should dissipate after a few minutes of running. Finally, inspect the heat exchanger for leaks, repairing or replacing as necessary.
