How to fix HydraMaster Cleaning Equipment when it will not prime?
    • A
      Amanda AustinAug 13, 2025
If your HydraMaster Cleaning Equipment system won't prime, several issues could be the cause. First, inspect the check valves in the chemical pump for any faults, and clean or replace them if needed. Next, check the chemical pump diaphragm for faults and replace if necessary. Also, examine the check valve in the high-pressure pump for any issues and clean or replace it as needed. Ensure the filter on the feed line in the chemical jug isn't clogged by inspecting and cleaning it. Check that the feed line from the chemical jug isn't loose, pinched, or cut, and repair it if needed. Finally, verify the three-way prime valve isn't faulty by checking for leaks between ports and replacing it if required.

Then, inspect the filter screen in the chemical jug for partial clogging and clean it. Also, examine the three-way chemical valve and chemical metering valve for faults or obstructions, replacing or cleaning as necessary. Finally, check the high-pressure check valve for any faults; remove, inspect, clean, or replace it as needed.
