      If the torch is in the LOWER LIMIT on the Hypertherm Cutter, it means that during IHS, the torch didn't reach the workpiece, or during cutting, the torch hit the Lower Limit. To resolve this: * Reposition the lifter, torch, or workpiece. * Select Diagnostic Screen B by pressing on the keypad, then press to start tests. Check that “Lower Limit Switch” indicates “Ok” and “Lifter Type” indicates 2 (X-Y lifter). * On the THC control PCB, Motor Drive Interface, D54 should be illuminated, while D53 and D55 should be extinguished. * Place the THC in Manual Position Mode and jog the torch to the Lower Limit position to activate the switch. On the THC control PCB, Motor Drive Interface, D50 should illuminate. Jog the torch up to deactivate the switch, and D50 should extinguish. * Check...
