BASIC OPERATION

Mode selection
D VFO mode
The VFO mode is used to set the desired frequency.
Push [V/MHz]
to select the VFO mode.
D Memory mode
Memory mode is used for operation on memory channels,
which store programmed frequencies.
Push q [M/CALL]
once or twice to select the memory
mode.

again to select Call channels. The Memo-
ry mode or Call channels are alternately selected.

VFO is an abbreviation of Variable Frequency Oscillator. Fre-
quencies for both transmitting and receiving are generated
and controlled by the VFO.
Rotate w [DIAL] to select a desired memory channel.
