6.2.14. PAPDU_FELICA_REQ_SERVICE
This command issues a REQ SERVICE as defined in JIS 9.6.2. P1. On receiving this command an NFC
Forum tag type 3 will respond with the area key version of the specified area and the service key
version of the specified service.
