6.3.4.12. CNTLESS_FORCE_BAUDRATE
This escape command can be used to restrict the baud rate for contactless cards to certain values.

b6- DS=8 supported, if bit is set to 1
b7- 1 if the same D is required for both
communication directions
b7- 0 if different D is supported for
each communication direction
Encoding of the baud rate to be allowed if
B1 value is 0x01. No need to send this byte
in case B1 has the value =x00
