6.3.5.11. CONTACT_GET_SET_ETU
This Escape command is used by the HOST to get/set the current ETU for smart cards. Once set, the
new ETU value will take effect immediately.
Input:
The input buffer contains the Escape code followed by an 8 bit GET/SET identifier. For SET ETU, a
DWORD specifying the value to be set is following.
