6.3.4.21. CNTLESS_P2P_INITIATOR_TRANCEIVE
This Escape command is used to send data to a target device. Prior to using this command, the device
should have been successfully switched to initiator mode using CNTLESS_P2P_SWITCH_MODES (E9).
