PERIODICAL EXCHANGE OF THE IMPORTANT PARTS
Carry out periodical maintenance of the parts shown below having great concern with safety and
fire, in particular.
These parts are subject to changes of materials, wear and deterioration as they are used long. It
is difficult to judge the service life by checking the appearance of these parts. Replace them
periodically, even though they do not have apparent defects.
Fuel relation

Fuel hose (between fuel cooler and fuel tank) 1
Every 2 years
Hydraulic relation

Hydraulic hose (between pump and right travel motor, main line) 2

Hydraulic hose (between pump, CV and dump cylinder) 7
Every 2 years
Repair or replace these parts immediately if some abnormalities or defects are found in them
even before the replacement periods.
Also check the fuel hoses and hydraulic hoses in daily check, monthly check and yearly check.
