It is used to set the carrier frequency of the controller.
The carrier frequency is closely related to the motor noise during running. When
it is generally set above 6 kHz, mute running is achieved. It is recommended to set
the carrier frequency to the lowest within the allowable noise, which reduces the
controller loss and radio frequency interference.
When the carrier frequency reduces, the following factors also increase:

Higher harmonics of output current

Motor power loss
■
Motor temperature rise
When the carrier frequency increases:
■
Motor power loss and temperature rise declines.
■
Power loss, system temperature rise and interference increase.
