Consumable parts
DX systems are designed to require very few parts to be replaced during their lifetime. These consumable
parts are listed in Table 18. The replacement frequency of each part, or the condition that indicates that
replacement is necessary, is discussed throughout this chapter.
Spare and replacement parts
The Instron Services department can supply parts for your system. In the event that your system requires
replacement parts, or if you choose to keep spare parts in stock, please contact your local Instron
Services department as directed on page 20 for the proper part.
