4. Shift waveform to the right and find zero crossing at 8.0 BT ±7ns (approximately 800 ns). The
graphic below provides a reference.
5. Set vertical cursors to record the maximum closing of the eye. The difference between the two
cursors should be recorded as the jitter measurement.
6. Shift waveform to the right and find zero crossing at 8.5 BT ±7ns (approximately 850 ns). The
