Why is there no sound or distorted sound in my Invision SL7D?

If you're experiencing no sound or distorted sound with your Invision Car Video System, there are several things to check: * If using IR headphones, ensure the IR transmitter on the DVD system is turned on. * Verify the batteries in the IR headphones are good and the volume is turned up. * Ensure nothing is blocking the signal between the monitor and the headphones. * Confirm the DVD player is connected properly with all cables securely inserted. * Make sure the disc is facing towards the driver.
