If the weak-light pre-alarm is reported,
the system clears the pre-alarm with the
weak-light wake-up delay and then
re-enters the running state.
When P15.32=0, if the PV voltage is
greater than P15.34, the system switches
from the power-frequency input mode to
the PV input mode with the weak-light
wake-up delay.
