In order to avoid malfuncons, do the following as soon as possible:
f turn the knob
on the o/unlock posion;
f turn the "Hot Water" knob
along the scale ;
f turn the knob
on the normal working posion (Summer or
Winter
along the scale ).
Warnings for servicing
All servicing operaons and gas conversions MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED TECHNI-
CIANS, in compliance with the norms and laws in force (see an indicave list on page 4). Moreo-
ver, MAINTENANCE operaons must be carried out in compliance with the manufacturer pre-
scripons and with the laws and rules presently in force, for the parts not menoned in this
handbook.
 
 Normally, it will be necessary to
execute the following operaons:
f Remove any possible oxidizaon from burners and electrodes;
f Remove the scale from the exchangers;
f Check integrity and stability of the ceramic bre coverings in the combuson chamber and proceed
eventually to substuon;
f Check the boiler ignion, switching o and operaon;
f Check the water and gas connecons ghtness;
f Check the gas consumpon at the minimum and maximum output;
f Verify that safety devices are correctly working;
f Verify the correct funconing of control and adjusng devices;
f Verify the correct funconing and the integrity of the ue system and of the relevant terminals and
accessories
f In case of works or servicing of the structures placed near the above menoned ducts and /or de-
vices and their accessories, switch o the boiler;
f Do not leave any inammable tanks and/or substances in the installaon room;
