This command is used to read the voltage value.
Command syntax:
MEASure[:SCALar]:VOLTage[:DC]?

FETCh:VOLTage:RMS?
This command is used to read the voltage effective value.
Command syntax:

FETCh:VOLTage:MAXimum?
This command is used to read the maximum voltage value.
