INSTALLATION OF COMPRESSOR GROUP
The cooling hoses supplied (connecng the compressor unit and
the vehicle's O.E. compressor)     , so the
maximum distance at which the compressor group "A" can be housed
is restricted by this length .
The housing of the compressor group "A" is also restricted by the
posion of the electric and electronic components (so by the length of
the relave wiring) .
The compressor group "A" must be fastened , so
that the compressor is in . The
compressor cannot work properly in an inclined posion.
Fasten the compressor group "A", to the longitudinal frame member,
using the brackets "B - C" and the screws supplied .
CONNECTION OF HOSES AND FITTINGS
The G8 "H" and G10 "I" hoses supplied represent the connecon
between the vehicle's O.E. cooling circuit and the system. They are
ed between the O.E. cooling circuit, running parallel, just before the
O.E. compressor, using the special ngs supplied .
The route of the hoses must be as straight as possible, avoiding
ght bends or siphons.
Read the ID plate to check the nominal quanty, the type of
coolant and the type of oil in the vehicle's O.E. circuit.
PROCEDURE
Connect a "lling / recovery / empty staon" and recuperate the coolant
contained in the vehicle's O.E. circuit; disconnect the lling staon.
Disconnect the two O.E. hoses from the compressor.
Close the O.E. circuit with plugs to prevent the entry of humidity
and impuries.
Reconnect the two O.E. hoses to the compressor, interposing the special
ngs with the relave O Ring supplied ).
Connect the G8 "H" and G10 "I" hoses to the special ngs using the
clips .
Fit the insulaon hose "J" along the length of the G10 hose .
Take the hoses to the compressor group "A" and connect the G8 "H" to
the oil separator and the G10 "I" to the electric compressor using the
relave 90° ngs "K - L" and the clips ÷ 12).
To connect the hoses to the ngs, follow the procedure
illustrated in the secon “HOSES CLAMPING MODE.
INSTALLATION OF CONDENSER FANS
Check the measurements carefully to prevent contact with parts
of the vehicle.
Electric fans  of the condenser.
Posion the electric fans "G" on the sloed brackets "E" and fasten
them in place with nuts and washers "KK - JJ"; posion the sloed
brackets "E" on the support brackets "F" housed on the O.E. condenser
and fasten them in place with nuts and washers "KK - JJ". Fully ghten
all the screws and cut o the excess part of the sloed brackets 
.
Then, electrically connect to the wiring provided.
COOLANT FILLING
Fill with coolant when installaon is complete aer all the electrical
connecons have been completed.
