COOLANT FILLING
Connect the "lling staon", create a vacuum in the circuit and pre-ll
with coolant, then look for any leaks.
If there are no leaks, reconnect the baery, start the engine and
completely ll with coolant.
The quanty and type of coolant to use in the circuit are those of
the vehicle's O.E. system, indicated on the idenfying plate.
(of the same type as
that used in the O.E. system, also indicated on the idenfying plate).
Disconnect the "lling staon".
CONTROL PANEL POSITIONING
The is the interface between the user and the
system so it is important to posion it somewhere that is comfortable
and easy to reach.
To allow maximum exibility in the choice of posion, we have created
an alternave fastening to the tradional mechanical fastening, to
allow posioning on various types of surface.
The special double-sided scky tape supplies allows easy, quick and
durable fastening. Cut it to size (if necessary), remove the protecve
lm and glue it to the control panel; then remove the other lm and
fasten everything to the chosen surface .
POSITIONING OF ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC
COMPONENTS - CONNECTIONS
Make the electrical connecons as per the wiring diagram.
The can
be placed in the central tunnel area, below the dashboard .
The can be
placed near the relay and fuses plate (O.E.) located on the dashboard
(passenger side) .
The can be
made in the area behind the relay and fuses plate (O.E.) .
The
must be placed near the air intake chamber in such a way that it detects
the temperature inside the cockpit .
The connecon to the power supply can be made at the point indicated
in .
CONNECTION (18 TO THE O.E. ELECTRIC FAN
OF THE EVAPORATOR
Interrupt the connecng wires between the electronic speed regulator

ELECTRICAL WIRING DIAGRAM KEY
If you want to hide the passage of the wiring of the control panel,
it is possible to make a hole in the wall or the base
- D) on which the panel is going to rest and insert the wire. The four-
way adapter supplied, must be connected to the wiring aer inserng
the wire through the hole .
If necessary, to avoid interference with the wiring and facilitate
the resng of the control panel on the wall or on the base, it is possible
to remove the part indicated in .
Bu the electric connecons between the various components and
fasten the wire bundles in place using appropriate clips.
