Quit Maker Pro 18 VERSA
(I) Up/Down/Tie O
The arrow buons can assist in creang e o stches,
basng, or needle-posioning funcons without the use
of the foot pedal. Pressing and releasing the arrow buon
quickly will send the needle to the next needle stop posion.
If the needle is up, pressing the buon will cause the needle
to move to the down posion. If the needle is down, it will
return to the up posion.
Pressing and holding the blue arrow buon for a longer
me creates a full stch. The needle will connue to cycle
while holding the arrow buon and stop when the buon
is released. This acon is useful for eing o beginning and
ending stches.
Main Screen Regulated Mode
Buon Funcons
The Machine is in Regulated Mode when the R is blue.

Stches Per Inch (SPI)
Pressing the “+” or “-” buons in the mid le poron of
the screen will increase or decrease the stches per inch
(SPI) seng. The seng is reected in the white indicator
box between the “+” and “-” buons. The value can be
adjusted between 4 and 22 stches per inch.
Basng Stches
There are four basng stch sengs controlled by the
stches per inch funcon. Aer the SPI reaches its lowest
seng of 4 stches per inch, pressing the “-” buon will
acvate the basng sengs:
0.5-inch baste (one stch every half-inch movement of the fabric over the table)
1-inch baste (one stch every one inch movement of the fabric over the table)
2-inch baste (one stch every two inches of movement of the fabric over the table)
4-inch baste (one stch for every four inches of movement of the fabric over the table)
Aer selecng the basng stch seng, begin quilng by pressing the Play buon or by pressing down
on the foot pedal. As the fabric moves across the table, the machine will perform a stch (needle down
and needle up) every half inch, one inch, two inches or four inches.
The stch regulaon mode (Precision or Cruise) which is selected will be indicated by the buon
being blue.
