Below is a list of the messages that may be displayed
on the User Interface, divided into:
HINTS and ERRORS
A list of the HINTS shown on the Display:
“Hint 01”
“can’t load”
“Wheel cannot be loaded”
The wheel load procedure cannot be performed because
the Wheel Sensor Arm has not been activated.
Possible causes:
1) Insufficient wheel diameter.
2) Front lifter empty.
3) Sensor damaged; (Call the Technical Assistance Service)
“Hint 02”
“can’t unload”
“Wheel cannot be unloaded”
The wheel unload procedure cannot be performed
because the Wheel Sensor Arm is activated.
Possible causes:
1) There is another wheel on the front lifter.
2) The Sensor has been activated following a fault; (Call
the Technical Assistance Service)
“Hint 10”
“tire present”
This hint is displayed during the laser scan step of
the Automatic Mounting procedure.
Possible causes:
1) The wheel diameter set is less than the correct diameter.
2) The laser sensor has detected something that is nearer
than the rim edge (e.g.: the tire).
“Hint 11”
“tire absent”
This hint is displayed during the Automatic
Demounting procedure if the side of the tire has not been
registered by the bead breaking sensors.
Possible causes:
1) The rim diameter set is incorrect.
2) A rim without a tire has been loaded.
3) The bead breaking sensors are not operating correctly;
(Call the Technical Assistance Service)
“Hint 12”
“rim absent”
This hint is displayed during the laser scan step of
the Automatic Mounting procedure.
Possible causes:
1) The rim diameter set is bigger than the actual diameter.
2) There is no rim on the machine.
“Hint 14”
“switch pressed“
“A Switch is Engaged”
This error may be displayed when the machine starts up,
If a command or switch is activated.
“Hint 15”
“Can‘t find rim“
“Rim border not reached from laser”
During BeadBreak and laser sensor search, this hint is
shown if the border is not found in the expected position
or the tire hides it to the sensor.
