4.3.6 Main ON/OFF Switch
The Main ON/OFF Switch (10, Fig.4.1-2) controls the
electrical power supply to the Tire Changer.
Turn ON:
Turn the main switch (10, Fig.4.1-2) clockwise to
the “I” position. The tire changer will come on and
the sound of the Hydraulic Control Unit motor can
be heard.
Turn OFF:
Turn the main switch (10, Fig.4.1-2) anti-clockwise
to the “0” position. The tire changer will stop and
the User Interface display will switch off.
Note: We suggest the operator turns the Main
Switch OFF every time they finish their
work shift.
4.3.7 Tubeless Beading System
WARNING: WHEN OPERATING THE BEADING
DEVICE IT IS MANDATORY TO WEAR EAR
PROTECTORS AND SAFETY GLASSES TO
PREVENT CONTAMINATION FROM NOISE, DUST
AND CHIPS BLOWN BY THE AIR JET.

Press the pedal (2 Fig.4.1-3) partially with your RIGHT
foot (1 Fig.4.1-3); the air exits from the end of the hose
previously connected to the tire valve.

WARNING: DANGER OF TIRE EXPLOSION
Press the key on the Tubeless Beading Nozzle (4,
Fig.4.1-6), then press the pedal all the way down
decisively (1, Fig.4.1-3); a high pressure air jet exits
the Tubeless Beading device.
WARNING: HOLD THE TUBELESS BEADING NOZZLE
FIRMLY.
Note: Air simultaneously continues to exit the hose
connected to the tire.
WARNING:
ONCE BEADING IS COMPLETE, IMMEDIATELY
STOP INTRODUCING AIR.
