MENU ITEM DEFINITION
BYPASS DAMP This item is used to force an analog output to the bypass damper (FlexSys units
only).
BYPASS VAL MAX When the unit is equipped with a by-pass valve this item is used to program the
maximum position set point for the by-pass valve.
CALC DUCT STATIC When multiple duct static transducers are used this is the derived duct static
input used by the Unit Controller for the control of the supply fan VFD.
COIL DIF STATIC This is the pressure drop across the evaporator coil (FlexSys units only).
COIL LEAV TEMP This is the temperature of the air leaving the evaporator coil (FlexSys units
only).
COMP A This item is used to force the binary output to compressor A to ON.
COMP A DISCH This is the discharge pressure for compressor system A.
COMP A EN This gives the status of the digital output to compressor A.
COMP A SUCT This is the suction pressure for compressor system A.
COMP B This item is used to force the binary output to compressor B to ON.
COMP B DISCH This is the discharge pressure for compressor system B.
COMP B EN This gives the status of the digital output to compressor B.
COMP B SUCT This is the suction pressure for compressor system B.
COMP C This item is used to force the binary output to compressor C to ON.
COMP C DISCH This is the discharge pressure for compressor system C.
COMP C EN This gives the status of the digital output to compressor C.
COMP C SUCT This is the suction pressure for compressor system C.
COMP D This item is used to force the binary output to compressor D to ON.
COMP D DISCH This is the discharge pressure for compressor system D.
COMP D EN This gives the status of the digital output to compressor D.
COMP D SUCT This is the suction pressure for compressor system D.
COMP STG 4 OR 6 This is the suction pressure for compressor system D.
COND PID This is the condenser water PID loop generated by comparing the highest com-
pressor discharge pressure to the discharge pressure set point.
COND PUMP OUT This gives the status of the digital output to the condenser water pump.
COND VALVE MIN This item is used to program the minimum position set point for the condenser
water valve.
COND VLV This item is used to force an analog output to the condenser water valve.
COND VLV MOD This is the analog output to the condenser water valve.
CV FAN This item is used to force the binary output to the constant volume fan to ON.
CV FAN ENABLE This gives the status of the digital output for a constant volume fan.
DDC OFF SWITCH This indicates if the binary input from the OFF contact of the ON/OFF/AUTO
switch is energized or not.
DDC ON SWITCH This indicates if the binary input from the ON contact of the ON/OFF/AUTO
switch is energized or not.
