Item Control / Display EJD 118 Function
1 Key switch t Switches control current on and off.
Removing the key prevents the truck
from being switched on by
unauthorised personnel.
Key switch with second
switch level
o Releases the brakes to move the truck
when non-operational.
2 Discharge monitor t Battery charge status.
Display instrument
(CANDIS)
o Operating hours meter.
Battery charge status.
Displays service messages and travel
parameters in combination with
CANCODE.
3 Keypad
(CANCODE)
o Code settings.
Release and select the travel
programs.
Enter travel parameters.
4 Integrated charger
(including safety switch)
o Charges the battery by inserting the
mains connector in a mains socket.
5 Tiller t Used to steer and brake the truck.
6 Crawl button t Pressing the crawl button reduces the
travel speed and acceleration. If the
tiller is set to the brake zone, you can
press this button to override braking;
the truck will travel at slow speed .
7 Lower button t Lower load handler.
8 Raise button t Raise load handler.
9 Travel switch t Controls travel direction and speed.
10 Collision safety switch t Truck moves away from operator.
11 Outrigger lift button t Raise outriggers.
12 Outrigger lower button t Lower outriggers.
13 Warning button t Activates an audible signal.
14 Battery connector
(emergency disconnect)
t Interrupts the circuit, all electrical
functions are cut out.
