4.8.1 Raising a load
Requirements
Load correctly palletised.
Load weight matches the truck's capacity.
Forks evenly loaded for heavy loads.
Procedure
Drive the truck carefully up to the pallet.
Slowly insert the forks into the pallet until the
fork shank touches the pallet.
Z
The load must not extend by more than 50
mm beyond the fork tips.
Press the “Lift” button (39) button until you reach the desired lift height.
The load is raised.

4.8.2 Transporting a load
Transporting loads
Requirements
Load raised correctly.
Mast lowered for transport (approx. 150 - 200 mm above the ground).
Good ground conditions.
Procedure
Accelerate and decelerate with care.
Adapt your travel speed to the conditions of the route and the load you are
transporting.
Travel at a constant speed.
Watch out for other traffic at crossings and passageways.
Always travel with a lookout at blind spots.
WARNING!
Do not negotiate slopes or inclines.
