COMMISSIONING TEST

TEST 1 - CHECK THE APPLIANCE AT MAX GAS RATE

First step of commissioning: check appliance at max gas rate and zero analyser in fresh air.

TEST 2

Second step: measure CO, CO2 & RATIO levels in the exhaust outlet.

TEST 3 - CHECK THE APPLIANCE AT MINIMUM GAS FLOW RATE WHERE THIS IS POSSIBLE

Third step: measure CO, CO2 & RATIO at minimum gas rate if possible.

TEST 4 – MEASURE FLOW & RETURN TEMPERATURES FROM THE APPLIANCE

Fourth step: measure flow and return temperatures from the appliance.
