Camera Properties
Environmental Conditions
According to the temperature and climate assessments in accordance with specification DO160F, the Flight
Eye FE320 kits are qualified under following environmental conditions:
Operational temperature FE320: -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to 158°F)
Ground survival temperature: -55°C to +85°C (-67°F to 185°F)
Cold weather start-up: at -40°C (-40°F) with warm-up of 2,5 minutes
Relative Humidity (RH): 120 minutes at more than 85%RH at 35°C to 55°C (95°F to 131°F)
360 minutes at 95%RH at stable temperature of 55°C (131°F)
960 minutes at less than 85%RH at 55°C falling to 38°C (131°F falling to 100°F)
Sensor Type
The CSU has a Complementary MetalOxideSemiconductor (CMOS) sensor installed.
Spectral Sensitivity
The spectral sensitivity with IR filter is between 310 nm and 730 nm.
Resolution
The maximum resolution of a camera image is (horizontal x vertical):
1920 x 1080 pixel

Identification Data of the Camera
The following identification data of the camera can be retrieved:
Serial number of the camera
Version number of the actual software
Number of the firmware
Maximum image resolution of the camera
Single Streaming 1920 x 1080 @ 60FPS
Dual Streaming 1920 x 1080 @ 60FPS, 640 x 352 @ 60 FPS
Data format
Compressed H.264
General User Setting
The user settings can be adjusted to the needs and managed as a set of parameters.
General user settings can be adjusted with e.g. the maintenance software included in the Kappa Camera
Control KCC X kit. With the respective commands up to two parameter sets with the corresponding settings
can be stored or loaded. A separate parameter set contains the factory settings.
