Preparation for Operation
Damage to the camera due to usage of not recommended cables!
If cables/plugs other than those recommended by Kappa are used, the protection
against rain and moisture is not effective. This can damage the camera.
Make sure that you use only the recommended cable/plugs (Refer to 6.2).
The cable connections to the plug must additionally be protected with shrink
tubes to ensure, that no humidity can enter.
Damage to the cable due to exceeding the minimum bending radius!
If the minimum bending radius of the connecting cables is exceeded the cable
strands can break.
Make sure that the cable is not kinked, pinched or excessively bent.
The cable connection between camera and the image processing system must be established.
Use only the cables and plugs recommended by Kappa to ensure optimum
performance of the camera (Refer to 6.2). Low cost cables and plugs can affect the
signal transmission.
