Damage to a CSU/CEU due to exposure to moisture!
Old dry bags may not be able to absorb enough moisture.
Dry bags should be replaced before any long-term storage.
During storage of a CSU/CEU, dry bags must be used to prevent that a CSU/CEU is exposed to moisture.
Packaging – CSU/CEU
Damage to a CSU/CEU due to exposure to dust, dirt and moisture!
Dust, dirt and moisture can cause damage to a CSU.
For safe packaging keep the CSU in its clean and dry original Kappa hinged lid
box.
When not in use, a CSU/CEU must be kept in its hinged lid box:
1. Make sure that the hinged lid box is clean and dry. This is a must to prevent damage and corrosion to
the CSU/CEU.
2. Make sure that a small padded insert is in the hinged lid box.
3. Put the CSU/CEU with a desiccant wrapper B into an antistatic mini grip bag.
4. Close the antistatic mini grip bag
5. Put now the CSU/CEU into the hinged lid box.
