SQUEEGEE SPRING CHECK/REPLACEMENT (All models, with aluminium squeegee)

(For Razor™ 20) Turn off the switches (71) and (73).
3.
If necessary, disassemble and replace the springs according to the following procedure.4.
Disassembly
Remove the squeegee (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).5.
Lift the deck by pressing the pedal (11).6.
Grasp the handlebar (2) and lower the front part of the machine.7.
Remove the cotter pin (D).8.
Disengage the end (E) of the left spring (F) from the housing (G).9.
Remove the left spring (F).10.
Repeat steps 8, 9 and 10 for the right spring (H).11.
Assembly
Assemble the springs by performing steps 5 to 11 in the reverse order.12.
