Convenient CD recording
When you w ant to record a track being played, press the O.T.E. key.
Play a CD.
Select a mode other than random
play.
÷ Playback restarts from the beginning of the track being
played and recording starts at the same time.
When recording has been completed, a non-re-
corded portion of 4 seconds will be produced and
the cassette deck part will stop. The CD player will
enter temporary stop condition.
Recording only desired tracks
(ONE TOUCH EDIT.....single track recording)
At the time of CD playback, any desired track can
be selected immediately for recording.

In case the key is pressed with track No.3
To end recording in the middle
÷ Both the cassette deck and CD player stop.

To record a different track, repeat the steps 1 and 2.
Recording preparations are required. (Steps 1 to 4)
When playing an MD with the DM-SE9 (option),
the same procedure can be used to record only
that track on tape.
