• Verify that you received the options and accessories you ordered.
If anything is missing or defective, contact your nearest Keysight
Technologies Service Office. Refer to Keysight Technologies Service
Offices on page 62. If the shipment was damaged, contact the carrier,
then contact the nearest Keysight Sales Office. Keep the shipping
materials for the carrier’s inspection. The Keysight Sales Office will
arrange for repair or replacement at Keysight’s option without waiting
for claim settlement.
