Replaceable Parts
Ordering information
To order a part in the replaceable parts table, quote the Keysight part number, the
check digit (abbreviated CD), and the quantity desired. Address the order to the
nearest Keysight Technologies Sales Office.
Direct mail ordering
Within the U.S.A., Keysight Technologies can supply parts to your location
through a direct mail order system. Mail order forms and specific ordering
information are available through your local Keysight Technologies Sales Office.
Telephone ordering
Within the U.S.A., Keysight Technologies can supply parts to your location by
calling the following telephone number: 1-800-227-8164. The calling times are
from 6 am to 5 pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. After hours and holidays,
call (415) 968-2347. Be sure you have the correct part number available before
calling. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
A hotline service is available by calling the above telephone numbers. The service
is available 24 hours a day, 365 days/year. This allows you to receive a
replacement part the next business day. To cover the cost of freight and special
handling, there will be a hotline charge of $100.00 per order (three items
maximum).
Replaceable parts list
The 3458A replaceable parts are listed in Table 3-2. Also listed are the 3458A
printed circuit board assemblies. The column for “New case colors” applies to
instrument serial numbers greater than 2823A21100.
