1. To drain the used oil, remove the right
and left drain plugs and filling plug at
the front axle case and drain the oil
completely into the oil pan.
2. After draining reinstall the drain plugs.
3. Remove the oil level check plug.
4. Fill with the new oil up to the check
plug port.
(See “LUBRCANTS” in Maintenance
Section)
5. After filling reinstall the filling plug and
check plug.

EVERY 600 HOURS
ADJUSTING FRONT AXLE PIVOT
If the front axle pivot pin adjustment is
not correct, front wheel vibration can
occur causing vibration in the steering
wheel.
ADJUSTING PROCEDURE
Loosen the lock nut, tighten the adjusting
screw all the way, and then loosen the
screw by 1/16 turn. Retighten the lock
nut.
EVERY 400 HOURS
(1) Filling Plug (3) Drain Plug
(2) Oil Level Check Plug
(1) Center Bolt
