F. To remove th e gearing, the gear case and motor housing
( 1) and
the gear Gase bett ~ l!l cover (24) must be removed
from
th e pedesta l. With '!> t' screwdriver loosen the set screw
(51)
that locks the hinge pin ( 44 ). With a drift punch and
hammer, drive
out th e hinge pin and lift the head off the
pedestal. To save the paint, lay the gear case and motor
housing in a padded cradle or lay it on cloth pad.
