10. To remove the evaporator:
a) Remove the bimetal (see step 8).
b) Remove the defrost heater (see step 9).
c) Remove the foam air block from the
left side of the evaporator.
d) Remove the two hex-head screws from
the bottom of the evaporator.
e) IMPORT
ANT: Refrigerant must be
handled by a licensed, EPA-certified
refrigerant technician in accordance
with established procedures. Remove
the refrigerant from the existing sys-
tem
per the instructions provided with
the recovery system being used.
f)
Unbraze the tubing and remove the
evaporator.
