Replace the Pawl.

• Should be free of deformations, aws,
breaks or poor spring.
Replace Pawl Spring
Assembly.
Visually check corrosion
(rust).
• Each part should be free of excessive
corrosion (rust).
Replace any rusty part.
Measure the abrasion of the
Friction Disc in contact with
the Bushing (as shown in the
following gure with a dotted
line) with a vernier caliper.
Replace Friction Disc.
