7.3 DHW power work phase
The domestic hot water is produced instantly via a double heat exchanger immersed in the water inside the
stove.
Therefore, the stove must be at temperature (60°C at least) to have domestic hot water.
Set stove in DHW power “SANI” if a large amount of domestic hot water is required.
The DHW power function “SANI” delays start-up of the heating pump at higher temperatures so that all heat
produced at such DHW temperature, is transferred.
Press SET to set the pump's start temperature when working in “SANI” and use keys 1 or 2 to change the
“SET SANI” temperature (we recommend keeping this temperature at 70–75°C). Pump will only start upon
reaching of said temperature.
We recommend re-setting stove with work power from 1 to 5 when DHW is no longer required.
If the water is particularly hard, it is indispensable to install a lime scale device at the inlet to the heat
exchanger, which must be selected on the basis of the features of the water.
