《Blade exchange notice》: If the above 《Number of cuts》 exceeds the value set in
《Blade exchange notice》, the message 「Please replace the blade」 will be
displayed on the screen when the power is turned on, the operation cycle is
stopped, or the machine returns to its origin.
In that case replace the blade to the new one immediately.
Reset the 《Number of cuts》 after blade replacement.
※《Blade exchange notice》 is set to 100,000 times by default, but the number
of times can be changed. Please require to the retailer how to replace the
blade.
If you continue to use a worn or damaged blade, overload on the mechanism will
accumulate and cause trouble. If a cutter error occurs and you cannot cut unless you
reduce the cutting speed, there may be a problem with the blade.
Please check the condition of the blade regularly.
《Speed》Adjustment: Depending on the wire material, the processing speed may be too high,
causing the roller to slip, or during the cutting process, step-out may
occur due to insufficient cutting force. In that case, it is possible to
change each motors speed individually.
If the roller -slip occurs, the wire won’t be processed on the setting length.
Total length will be shorter. Roller slip trace will remain on the insulation
of the wire.
If the motor step-out occurs, the wire won’t be processed on the setting
length. In most cases, total length will be shorter. Roller slip trace won’t
remain. If a motor step-out occurs during the cutting process, the cutting
process cannot be performed and "Blade Motor Error" will be displayed.
⑦《Feed Speed》：Setting of the speed of the roller except during stripping the insulation.
Please setting depends on feeding speed of the wire material.
⑧《Strip Speed》：Setting of the speed of the roller when stripping the insulation.
Depending on adherence of core wire and insulation, stripping process may not
be performed unless to reduce this speed.
