Blade Speed》:Setting of blade speed except when cutting wire.
This means blade open speed and return speed after cutting process.
Cutting Speed》:Setting of the blade speed when cutting wire.
Many cutting processes are possible when the core wire is thin or there are
many core wires, but if the core wire is thick and solid, it cannot be cut
unless the cutting speed is reduced.
(If cutting process won’t be performed, blade motor error will be
displayed.)
mm/inch》:Switches the input unit of the machine.(There is no inch-to-meter conversion
feature)
Completion alarm:If you enable the alarm, the alarm will sound when the Current
Pieces achieves to the Setting Pieces.
Step by Step》:If you enable the mode, each time when pressing START key or touch the
Next Step, it processes one operation ( frame by frame advance. When
around the Step by Step is blue, it indicates step by step mode.
Cut after strip》:It mode allows to add cutting process just after full strip processing. If you
enable the motion, the insulation waste won’t remain on the blade and easy
to fall. We recommend to enable the mode to full strip processing.
Blade origin》:Adjustment of the original point of the blade. This is used when the blade is
replaced, it adjusts fine-tune of blade’s original position. When the blade
settings no longer match, due to the blade is worn out or replaced,
adjustments can be made.
Decrease the numerical value →Blade Original Point will be wider. (Till 80)
Increase the numerical value →Blade Original Point will be narrower. (Till
120)
Touch the 0.45, the blade will close until the theoretical diameter of
0.45mm.Use a wire with a diameter of 0.45 mm (IV1.25Sq core wire has a
wire diameter of 0.45 mm), and adjust the value of Blade origin so that it
passes without getting caught.

In case of tube or cutting only
Input Total Length only, and Front Strip Length, Front Half Strip Length, Rear Strip
Length and Rear Half Strip Length shall be all 0
Any numerical values are acceptable for Core Diameter and Blade Move Back.
Setting of the pieces and gap adjustment are required.

Pressure adjustment
Increase the pressure of the roller when the wire is especially stiff or it is difficult to strip the
insulation off.
Pull and turn the pressure adjustment knobs which are located both sides on the front panel.
The larger numerical number is the stronger pressure.
Push into the knobs with any strength pressure level and the knobs will be fixed.
The stronger the pressure, the more the roller marks will be noticeable.
If you want to adjust the pressure depending on the adhesion status of the insulator and
reduce roller marks, please use a separately provided roller.
