Connection of Rear power box and Air regulator
① Main unit cooling fan
・・・This fan emits heat from the main unit. Don’t close the exhaust vent. Please install the main
unit at least 15cm away from the wall.
② Inlet
・・・Connect attached power provide code to the Inlet and provide single phase AC100V～240V.
③ Fuse holder
・・・Turn left the holder with the flathead screwdriver , fuses are inside. Don’t use any fuses other
than supplied or specified one. (250V 5A, 5φL20 , inrush-withstand fuse)
④ External input connector (Red)
・・・This connection is used to stop operation of the main unit form an external device. Emergency
stop is possible due to dry contact short circuit.
⑤ External output connector (Blue)
・・・This connection is used to output a signal to an external device. Used to connect optional
conveyor CC-100 etc.
⑥ Option device connector hole
・・・Main unit has holes to connect optional device transmission cable. Please be careful to not to
enter foreign objects or water.
⑦ External computer connecting plug
・・・It is used to connect external computer to control main unit. Please contact your dealer for
information on how to communicate with an external computer.
⑧ Air Coupler
・・・Compressed air is used to remove the insulation crumb during the full stripping process.
Please connect an included female coupler to the air tube form compressor and connect it to
the main unit air coupler. Please use main air pressure less than 0.5MPa. (Air blowing is not
required under the semi stripping process.)
