Film has not
been pulled.
– Film is not
transported when
tying process is
started.
– The film roll is not
correctly inserted
into the reception
device and/or the
net brake discs
are not correctly
set.
– The film does not
overhang
sufficiently.
– The net motor is
defective.
– Insert film roll again, refer
to chapter Operation -
“Inserting Film Roll”.
– Check and set
deceleration of net brake
discs, refer to chapter
Maintenance - “Checking
and Setting the
Deceleration of the Net
Brake Discs”.
– Check the net motor.

Film stopped.
– Net tears off after
starting or during
tying.
– The cutting unit
has lowered into
the film.
– The cutting unit is
not engaged.
– The cutting unit is
too low.
– The rotational
speed is too high.
– Reduce the deceleration
of the net brake discs,
refer to chapter
Maintenance - “Setting
the Deceleration of the
Net Brake Discs”.
– Remove deposits from the
cutting unit.
– Check the setting of the
cutting unit.
– Check whether the cutting
unit engages/is tensioned
when feeding.
– Check the rotational
speed, it must not exceed
540 rpm.
