• To set the film brake, fold out the film roll holder (1).
• Film tying: Hook the eyelet bolt (2) to the lower cone in the support/holder on the
clamping lever (position (II)).
• Check whether the dimension X=30 mm. This is the factory setting recommended by
KRONE.
• Net tying: Hook the eyelet bolt (2) to the upper cone in the support/holder on the
clamping lever (position (I)).
• Check whether the dimension Y=55 mm. This is the factory setting recommended by
KRONE.

Film tying: If the strain on the film of a round bale wrapped in film is too high or too low, you
can increase or reduce the brake force of the film brake, see chapter Operation Device, "Check
strain on the inserted film".
Net tying: If the net around the round bale is tied too loosely or too tightly, you can set the
brake force.
• To set the film brake, fold out the film roll holder (1).
• To increase the brake force, increase the dimension X for film tying or Y for net tying.
• To reduce the brake force, reduce the dimension X for film tying or Y for net tying.
