Danger! – Lowering the machine into working position
Danger to life, injuries or damage to the machine.
• Lower the machine only when you are absolutely sure that neither persons, animals nor
objects are in the swivel range of the machine.
• Switch the PTO on only when the machine is in working position, the collapsible tine
arms are swivelled into the working position and the hoop guards are turned downwards.

• Remove the tine protections (1).
• Insert the tine protections into the support (2) (right and left side of the machine) and and
secure with the linch pin.

8.4 Lowering the rotor arms into working position

• Activate the single-action control valve on the tractor and apply pressure to the hydraulic
cylinder. This relieves the load on the lock.
• Pull on the actuator rope to disengage the lock. Leave the rope under tension.
• Slowly lower the external rotor with the control valve until the wheels are resting on the
ground.
• Release the pull rope.
Note
Leave the control valve in "Lower" position when using the machine for work
