Adjusting the swath former lengthwise
Adjusting the swath former lengthwise. This adjustment is required for example if forage falls out
at the front of the swath former. To make the adjustment, loosen the screws (3), move the swath
former to the desired position and tighten the screws (3) again.

8.5.1 Height adjustment of the swath former
The adjustment is required if forage falls under the swath former, for example, and is not
evened out by the working depth adjustment.
To do this:
• Unscrew the linch pins (2).
• Remove the swath former from its support.
• Reinstall the sleeves (6).
• Insert the swath former into the support and secure it with the linch pin (2).

To adjust the height of the swath cloth:
• Remove the screws (4).
• Move the swath cloth to the desired position.
• Install the screws (4) again.
