UNIT STARTUP
я General visual unit & system inspection
я Record electrical supply voltage
я Record ambient temperature
я Check all wiring for secure connections
я Close all unit isolation valves
я Flush water systems
я Fill systems with water/refrigerant
я Vent water systems as required
я All ductwork & grilles in place
я All unit panels & filters in place
я Start fans, etc.
я Check for overload condition of all units
я Check all ductwork & units for air leaks
я Balance air systems as required
я Record all final settings for future use
я Check piping & ductwork for vibration
я Check all dampers for proper operation
я Verify proper cooling operation
я Verify proper heating operation
я Reinstall all covers & access panels
