8.4 Hardened tips
Kit no. 18967743
Units with vertical beaters have the option of
hardened steel beater tips for better durability and
use with more abrasive materials.
Vertical beater tooth bolt torque should be 135 ft lbs
dry. Vertical beater tooth bolts should be checked
after the first few loads and re-torqued if necessary.
Torque should be checked on a monthly basis.
8.5 Electric flow control

The electric flow control allows control of the pusher
speed from the tractor. This is used when the tractor
does not have flow controls built in.
8.6 Manual flow control

The manual flow control that is mounted on the unit
allows control of the pusher speed. This is used
when the tractor does not have flow controls built in.
8.7 Sequence valve
Kit no. 18967444 - 2044 Only
Kit no. 18967446 - 2054 Only
The sequence valve package affects the operation
of the endgate and pusher. When the sequence
valve is installed, the endgate must be completely
raised before the pusher will begin operating.
Without the sequence valve, the operator must
follow this sequence manually.
